How to activate my account? Once you have made the membership subscription payments you will receive a notification E-mail from us as its receipt. It normally takes around 48 hours or less to activate your account. You will receive a second e-mail about its notification.


Why can’t I see Snowcovered.com DNN Skins launched by DNNCovered?

This is because your membership does not include new DNN Skin launch by DNNCovered.com which are launched at Snowcovered.com. You can buy those DNN Skin packs with a discount by requesting us with your choice and quantity.

What is my DNN Skin packs download limit?

You have unlimited download limit. You can download DNN Skin packs without any restrictions at all.

Where to get technical support from?

DNNCovered.com is available 5 days a week to provide you technical support online. Our normal working schedule is Monday to Friday. And you can E-mail us your concerns any time at support@dnncovered.com. It will take us to get back to you around 24 to 48 hours from the launch of your request.

Can I get customization for my downloaded skin packs?

Of course yes! You are eligible for a 10 % (percent) discount on any customization or add on requests.

There are only 50 pages and looks like 450 DNN Skins only so how come it is 2000+ DNN Skins?

There are 450 DNN Skins but most of them are "SKIN PACKS" which may include more then 5 to 10 colors & themes. So counting them will make more then 2000 skins all together.

If I decide to stop my weekly membership can I still use the skins/modules that I have downloaded?

Yes you can use them without any issues at all.

Is there any special discount if i renew my membership?

If I get a purchase a unlimited membership what is the licensing for modules and skins? Can they be installed for multiple sites / portals?

Yes there are no restrictions but you cannot resell it in any condition or scenario.
