Any new skin pack available on Snowcovered.com will not be accessible to the members.

Download Limit:
The limit to the number of template downloads respective to your membership plan has been already mentioned. In no case a member can enhance the membership download limit until and unless he upgrades his plan or with permission of the DNNCovered.com team.

Refund & Membership Cancellation Policy:
Members cannot cancel the membership after downloading minimum 1 template from DNNCovered.com. Otherwise refund rights will rest with DNNCovered.com in any case. This membership is not transferable to any party for any reason. DNNCovered.com holds the right to cancel your membership at any point without any reason or prior notice.

If any member still wishes to get a refund for any solid justifiable reason then DNNCovered.com is going to calculate number of downloads member has made before launching the refund request. The number of downloads will be used to calculate the cost of the skin packs which is mentioned on DNNCovered.com any products you have downloaded & you will have to cover the difference of the skin packs cost incurred before any refunds.

Membership Status:
Membership status, benefits and features can be changed at anytime without any prior notice. Members do not have the right to resell the templates, modules, skins and all membership features to any third party. Templates are only allowed for one server/site. Extra charges will apply upon signing up for additional colors, services, panes, modules etc.

Technical Support:
Normal support response time is within 48 hours after the launch of your query. Your URL with host password and FTP user Id and password will be required in order to provide you technical support. Technical support will not be provided to you in case of an external module, pane etc added to a template downloaded from DNNCovered.com. Technical support is limited to DNNCovered.com templates only.

Customization:
Customization of any template will be charged with the discount mentioned for your membership package. Any additional customization will be normally charged and will depend upon DNNCovered.com’s team to change without any reason. Extra charges will also be required for upgrading your DNN versions.
